1. How do I pay?
No Credit Cards required, once you have submitted your search criteria information by e-mail and we have established that the information is adequate to proceed, we will forward you a invoice for payment.

You can make payment via EFT, or direct cash deposit into our account. We do accept cheques, there is however an 8 (eight) working day clearance period before we submit your search request for processing.

3. Do you offer a refund if I am not happy with the information?

No, All information supplied as a result of a search request is considered correct. We do not accept any responsibility regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content, as this is out of our control.

4. How long does it take to receive my search request documentation?

Your required search request will be implemented within 60 minutes (Sixty minutes) after we have confirmed that the required funds have reflected in our account. Once your documentation has arrived, it will be sent to you without delay.
5. What happens if the client supplies the wrong search criteria information by accident?

In the event that incorrect search criteria information is supplied by the client, we will, at no extra charge, process 1 additional search / document request on behalf of the client once we have been provided with the correct information. Thereafter normal fees apply for further search attempts. We will provide the client with documented proof of any failed search attempts.
6.How do we receive our documents?
All documents are sent via electronic mail. We will accommodate other requests. All costs involved will be for your own account.
