Surveyor General Diagram (SG) We can provide you with the SG Diagram for most properties in South Africa. Our software currently contains the computerised images of 2,000,000 diagrams. The main purpose of an SG Diagram is to show dimensions and layout of a specific property, it further displays any road, council or right of way servitudes registered over the property, if applicable. Not only does an SG Diagram provide the lengths of each wall but it also provides coordinates, bearings and a description of all boundary beacons (commonly referred to as pegs) . Property Information Search This is the most common search done; it provides information regarding the owners of the property, the size of the property, the township in which the property falls, the amount paid for the property, and the date on which the property was registered. This type of search further provides information as to whether the property is bonded and if so, for how much and which institution holds the bond. A full history regarding previous owners and any interdicts will also be detailed on this search. Very Popular	R145.00 Per Property
Company Information Search Often a property information search will reveal the property to be registered in some form of company entity, possibly a close corporation or Pty (LTD). It should be noted that if a property is registered in a trust that no information can be provided. When a property is registered in a company we can do a company search in order to establish the private names and ID numbers of all members and directors. This search provides information as to whom the accounting officer is, the postal details of all members or directors, as well as if there is any member or director who has resigned. Once this search has been done we can do further searches on any or all of the members or directors to establish property ownership in other properties in South Africa. Director / Member Searches The Director Search utility provides details on directors or members that are registered with companies, close corporations or organisations in South Africa. Title Deed Copies - SERVICE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE Do you need a Copy of a Title Deed, we order it for you and deliver it electronically. All title deed copies are available, however only property transactions registered after 1991 are accessible by our software. Software generated title deeds can take 3 � 4 working days before we take delivery. Occasionally we receive the title deed sooner.	N / A
Aerial Maps / Locational Maps Our extensive aerial image database allows us to give you location maps and aerial images for just about any place in South Africa.	R125.00
Automated Property Valuation Our detailed Automated Property Valuation provides you with a statistical valuation of your property as well as comparable sales in the area. Contact Information Searches We are able to provide certain contact details of a specific person providing they are registered as a property owner or have been registered as property owner in the past. Private Person Search A private person search is usually requested when a client wishes to know what properties are owned by a specific individual and in what deeds office districts these properties are owned. You may choose 1 or more of the 10 deeds office districts, you do not need to search on all 10 districts. Should a client wish specific information on a property which is registered on a specific individuals name then a Property Information Search will need to be done.
