Terms and Conditions

1. It is the client’s responsibility to supply the correct search criteria information at all times. We will assist as far as possible to establish that the details supplied by the client are adequate, prior to the search function being implemented. We however, do not take responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied by the client, as this is out of our control.
2. Depending on the search required, the client will be required to supply one or more of the following descriptions, either the Full and Exact Property Description or the Full and Exact Name and ID Number of a specific person or the Full and Exact Formal Street Address of a specific property as registered with the presiding council. Should a company search be requested then the Full and Exact Company Name will be required.
3. In the event that incorrect search criteria information is supplied by the client, we will, at no extra charge, process 1 additional search / document request on behalf of the client once we have been provided with the correct information. Thereafter normal fees apply for further search attempts.
4. The required search will only be processed once full payment has reflected in our account. Any subsequent searches required by the client will only be implemented once full payment has been received. Should a cheque payment be made into our account then the necessary waiting period will be exercised prior to any search function being implemented. This period is 8 (eight) working days, starting the day after the cheque was deposited.
5. Your required search request will be implemented within 60 minutes (Sixty minutes) after we have confirmed that the required funds have reflected in our account. Should we experience unforeseen delays due to our software centre experiencing technical difficulties you will be advised accordingly of the delay.
6. Our method of document delivery is via electronic mail. Any other forms of delivery will be accommodated but at the cost of the client.
7. All information supplied as a result of a search request is considered correct. We do not accept any responsibility regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content as it is out of our control.
8.Your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions will be considered binding once you have deposited funds into our account for a specific search request.
9.We reserve the right to change or alter our Terms and Conditions at any time and without giving prior notice.
